How do I pay for tutoring?

Payments can be made by cash or Ezidebit automatic payments (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).

• Cash payments: must be paid in full before your child begins their lesson.

• Ezidebit payments: are processed automatically on the parent’s nominated payment day when signing up.

Most families choose Ezidebit for convenience and to keep their weekly time slot secured.

Do you offer discounts for multiple lessons per week?

Yes. Students who attend two or more lessons per week receive a discounted rate.

• The discount applies automatically once your child is booked for 2 lessons.

• No bulk pre-payment is required.

• Applies to Primary, Junior High, and Senior sessions.

What is your policy for cancellations or sick days?

We understand that children can become unwell unexpectedly. Because each session is a reserved time slot, we require:

• Minimum 6 hours’ notice for all cancellations — including illness.

• Less than 6 hours’ notice: the session is still charged.

• Make-up lessons: may be offered within the same week (subject to availability).

• Make-ups are optional and not guaranteed.

This helps ensure fairness for all families and keeps our tutors’ schedules running smoothly.

Can I change my weekly time slot?

Yes. If you need to adjust your child’s weekly session time:

• Send us a quick message.

• We will move your child to another available time where possible.

• Changes depend on tutor and room availability.

When is payment due each week?

Payment is due on the day of tutoring, unless using Ezidebit.

• Cash must be paid before the lesson begins.

• Ezidebit processes on your nominated day.

• Weekly payments keep your child’s time slot secured.

What if my child misses a lesson?

If your child misses a lesson:

• The session is still charged as the time is reserved for them.

• Credits may be considered for long-term medical or emergency situations.

• Contact us anytime if you have concerns — we’re here to help.

Do you offer online tutoring?

Yes — we offer online sessions for students across Queensland and Australia.

• Same personalised support as in-person tutoring.

• Flexible scheduling for busy families.

• Ideal for remote or travel situations.

Is there a sign-up fee or enrolment fee?

No — our enrolment is simple and free.

• No registration fees.

• No contracts.

• No hidden extra costs.

How are Senior subjects priced?

Senior tutoring (Years 11–12) is charged at:

• $60 per hour, or

• $54 per lesson for students attending 2 lessons per week.

• Applies to Essential Maths, General Maths, Methods, Physics, and more.

• All Senior subjects follow the same pricing.

What does my child need to bring to tutoring?

Your child should bring:

• School books

• Homework or assignment work

• Any class tasks they need help with

Yes — we support students with:
